Product & Service Warranty

First Light Products warranty is for 5 years from the date of receipt. The Warranty will be honoured based on the following criteria:

• The product(s) were purchased directly from First Light Fabrication
• The product(s) have been installed according to the product installation guide (for Bait Boards)
• The claim is made by the original purchasing entity stated on the First Light Fabrication tax invoice
• The claim is made within the 5-year warranty period
• The claim is made in writing to First Light Fabrication who will respond and advise the process that will be taken to review and rectify the defect
